The Hermitage Hotel is my absolute favorite formal indoor wedding venue in Nashville. Tennessee’s only Forbe’s FIVE STAR, AAA’s FIVE DIAMOND hotel, The Hermitage Hotel, has history, style, and grace like no other wedding venue in the city. The unique and memorable style, and the distinctive architecture of the hotel—Beaux-Arts style—offers an old-world blend of classical Italian and French Renaissance features. If you are looking for timeless elegance, rich history, and a venue that has hosted some of the world’s most famous leaders – in politics, sports, arts, and music, The Hermitage Hotel is your dream wedding venue. Woodrow Wilson, John F. Kennedy, Charlie Chapman, Babe Ruth, and Johnny Cash are just a few of the legends who have stayed at the hotel. That’s pretty good company!

The most beautiful room, in my opinion, is the long rectangular blue Veranda. The two-story tall arched windows stretch the entire front facade of the hotel. The expansive windows provide the most beautiful light, which bounces off of the mirrored walls on the other side of the room and the beautiful Italian marble. The arched ceilings are beautifully hand painted with blue skies and puffy white clouds. If I could have a wedding re-do for my own wedding and choose anywhere in Nashville, it would take place in this room! It just doesn’t get any better than this.
