Alisha and Adrian – Nashville farm engagement session
Hey Y’ALL! I know you are lookin’ around for some sweet southern Nashville engagement photography, and you’ve come to the right place. My lovely couple, Alisha and Adrian are as southern and country as they come. When planning for their engagement session, I only had to look out my windows at my studio in Cross Plains, TN to find the perfect location. Okay, so the view out of my window may not be a beautiful picturesque country landscape, but there are sometimes more tractors than vehicles that drive by. Our little historic small Tennessee town is all farms… everywhere you look (except for the few shops at the only stop sign in town – my studio included).
My luck when moving to TN was finding such a peaceful and beautiful place with kind people. The location of this engagement session is a few miles down the road from my studio at a very large farm that I’m blessed to have access to. (Thank you, Beverly!) I can’t imagine a better and more fitting experience for Alisha and Adrian than riding around the farm with me in a golf cart, while I photograph them amongst the tall corn fields, yellow tobacco fields, and even a mossy pond. One of the old barns made for a fitting backdrop while they took a shot of whiskey to pay homage to their favorite beverage.
Wait til you see Alisha in her beautiful dress and red lips – SO STUNNING, and Adrian looks mighty handsome when he cleans up – almost like a model – make sure you scroll through the entire session – you’ll see what I mean. They are having a fabulous Nashville wedding at Meadow Hill Farms next month that will be absolutely epic. Think lots of pretty metallics, shiny sequins, high heels, black ties, and a 100 yr old barn with glamorous chandeliers. And whiskey. Lots of whiskey! 🙂
I’m so glad you’re here… stay in touch through Facebook and instagram!!
[…] I met Alisha at a wedding event that I photographed back in May of 2015. We hit it off right away and she didn’t hesitate to book me as soon as she secured her wedding date at Meadow Hill Farm. I loved everything she told me about her wedding style and throughout her planning process I would just get more and more excited for their big day. She booked me roughly 18 months before the wedding, so I feel like we have known each other forever. I first photographed them a few months ago at a beautiful country setting (you guessed it!) and you can see those gorgeous engagement portraits here. […]
