Allison and Brandon are getting married next month!! Yeeeeeeee! I couldn’t be more excited for their Franklin, TN backyard wedding, and I wanted to share their engagement photos on the blog before the big day! Yes, these were shot last fall / early winter by the looks of the Christmas decorations adorning the charming historic buildings, but everyone’s starting to get in the fall/winter mood now that it’s September right?? Franklin, Tennessee is a quaint southern town with loads of history and charm. It’s best to just park and take a walk down the beautiful streets to really see the true beauty and unique character that the homes and businesses have. That’s just what we did. We took photos on people’s front porches and in front of one of their favorite restaurants.

Allison and Brandon are also getting married in Franklin – and you’ll see the exact location if you check out all of the photos below. We took a drive from the downtown historic district to the backyard country setting at which they will be wed!! The golden light, expansive fields, and farm fencing is a photographer’s dream. I am truly looking forward to their big day – it’s going to be one of the coolest weddings I’ve ever shot. I won’t spoil anything, but you’ll see how much fun it was when I blog about the wedding.
