I’m from a small town outside of Pittsburgh, PA, where we played in cornfields and pretended we’d have the courage someday to go cow-tipping. (We didn’t.)

I guess that’s why I’m so at home with my family in Hendersonville, TN (a suburb of Nashville).  I’m constantly scoping out locations filled with wildflowers, tall grass and wide expanses of true-blue skies.

I play with light—and study it—to use it to make works of art focused on you and your love, highlighted by the glint of a sunset and set against a backdrop of amber cattails.

I am obsessed with capturing moments in time (secret: I have a hard time remembering things unless I’ve got a photo to take me back!) and my obsession and passion translates into the creation of timeless images to make up your family’s living history. Your wedding is the ultimate setting for creating heirloom-quality portraits, as well as albums that will tell your love story to future generations and freeze moments that you will never be able to duplicate.

I love looking back at my own wedding photos. My husband and I were young, fun and glowing—plus those images are some of the last professional photos we have of my grandmother before she passed, and I will be even more glad to have them as time goes on.  I now have the two most amazing kids and have been married to my best friend for 6 years.

Family is the absolute most important thing to me, and my family grows with every wedding I photograph.
