Grab a seat and a refreshing beverage for this extravagant East Ivy Mansion Wedding!  You won’t be able to look away once you get started!   Keely and Phillip are classy, charming, kind, absolutely gorgeous, and SO FUN!!!!  They withstood the hottest day of the summer while having one of the most extraordinary weddings I’ve ever photographed.  I’ve shot over 100 weddings now, and the East Ivy Mansion is at the top of my list of favorite wedding venues in Nashville (seriously, who else has a blue lagoon swimming pool feature?!).  Every inch of the historic and stately property is luxurious and photographs beautifully (yes even the cracks in the walls – they add character!).   Add in a bride with a heart of gold, sparkling blue eyes, and a stunning smile…. plus a groom who could easily be featured on the cover of GQ… a whole lot of lavish details… a heartfelt ceremony… gorgeous bridesmaids wearing floor length white gowns and green floral crowns… and a reception for the ages with an incredible live band, and fluorescent glowing party favors… HOLY COW, drop the mic, I can probably just stop shooting weddings now.  And for those of you who follow my work, YES, we got the EPIC night time pool shot at the end of the night.

Keely’s engagement ring is a vintage family heirloom.  Incredibly beautiful and meaningful.

These stainless steel mojito glasses were engraved with each bridesmaid’s monogram.  Such a perfect gift.

OMG, this dress.  This was one of those dresses that made me tear up when my bride gets dressed. It’s a strange thing that happens, but it happens.

This may be the most impressive veil I’ve ever seen!!
