Glamorous Meadow Hill Farm Wedding

Congratulations Alisha and Adrian!

I’m taking y’all back to a seriously glamorous Meadow Hill Farm Wedding that took place just two weeks ago. When I say glamorous, I mean 15 bridesmaids in full length sequin gowns in metallic tones, and a bride that donned a GORGEOUS Alvina-Valenta bridal gown. Alisha’s wedding inspiration was her and Adrian! They are both a whole lotta country but Alisha’s a big fan of glam. She’s the girl that goes off-roading, but loves to dress up for red carpet events. They wanted a super fun celebration, not a typical wedding event. “I guess I would call it very Country Glam. The wedding is at a barn venue with chandeliers. A bluegrass band and food trucks. Specialty cocktail as a tribute to my late Grandfather and all our friends favorite spirits!” Alisha said. Meadow Hill Farm is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in the Nashville area… and it’s still so new (this was it’s first year open!). As a Nashville wedding photographer, I can honestly tell you that their landscape is one of the most spectacular I’ve ever seen, and the owners are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet.

Alisha and Adrian’s relationship started as a fun friendship at work. Their friendship grew as they bonded over similarities and common passions. That casual relationship eventually blossomed into the love that they both had been praying for their entire lives. Alisha says of their life together now, “We are both old souls, we love the idea of a simpler time and an era focused on family, hard work and most importantly the Lord.” You’ll see this deep love for each other below. 🙂

I met Alisha at a wedding event that I photographed back in May of 2015. We hit it off right away and she didn’t hesitate to book me as soon as she secured her wedding date at Meadow Hill Farm. I loved everything she told me about her wedding style and throughout her planning process I would just get more and more excited for their big day. She booked me roughly 18 months before the wedding, so I feel like we have known each other forever. 🙂 I first photographed them a few months ago at a beautiful country setting (you guessed it!) and you can see those gorgeous engagement portraits here.
