Nashville Wedding Photography at The Mill in Lebanon

Congratulations Ally and Forrest!
Nashville wedding photography at The Mill in Lebanon. This was my first time at the Mill and it was really really beautiful and unique. There isn’t a lot of outdoor space for portraits, but the area that we used was perfect – a nice combination of brick and green space! The exposed brick and steel inside gave the wedding a very urban rustic feel. Strings of lights glisten everywhere you look. The open feel of the loft was inviting and gave the guests plenty of room to dance!
I’m obsessed with photographing Ally and Forrest! They are both so damn beautiful, and together they are a dream! You’ll see that I just couldn’t get enough bridal portraits of Ally – I could photograph her all day. We literally only had about 10-15 minutes for bride/groom portraits right after the ceremony, but I amazed myself by getting more than they probably even need during that time period. They are SO easy to work with, they made my job easy! I love you guys… here’s a little info on their love story…
Ally and Forrest met 11 years ago at a friend’s apartment in college but reconnected a little over a year ago through Facebook. “We both say we fell in love on our first date at Saint Anejo and we’ve been inseparable ever since. The funny thing about us is we’ve been chasing each other for years, just barely missing each other. We grew up 40 minutes apart, went to college at the same time at UT in Knoxville and he moved to Nashville 1 year before me. He’s been here for 7 years and I’ve been here for 6 and we’ve never run into each other” Ally told me when I asked her about their relationship. They love being outdoors – sitting on rooftops and porches enjoying each other’s company. You can see them on the rooftop at Acme downtown Nashville in their engagement photos HERE. They love to build furniture and decorative pieces out of pallets and they have 2 cats that we treat like human children.
ENJOY!!
